The four (4) East Coast Visitor Information Network Centres (Bicheno, St Helens, Swansea and Triabunna) are strategically located along the East Coast, access being from Launceston thru to Hobart. This provides you with an excellent opportunity to promote your business at a very reasonable price. The four (4) centres are open 9.00am - 5.00pm (10.00am - 4.00pm winter hours), 7 days a week, 362 days a year (closed Christmas Day, Good Friday & 1/2 day for Anzac Day).

to the relevant forms to be completed to participate in our 2011/12 Contract with allowing our centres be able to book your business and/or purchase our Contract & Brochure Display 2011/12 Fees space in all four (4) East Coast Visitor Information Centres.
This contract explains our advertising facilitated relevant cost available through our four (4) centres to assist in the marketing promotion of your business to our visitors.
If you would like to take this opportunity to display your brochure in all four (4) centres, please fill out the relevant forms and return by 1st December, 2011 along with;
- 10 Million Dollar ($10,000,000) Public Liability Insurance copy)
- Survey form
- Your payment (if you decide to partake in the brochure display)
- 800 Brochures.
Reservations made by staff attract a small marketing commission (refer to attached application). Staff will take full payment at the time of booking. We will then forward the operator the amount payable, less the marketing commission on a fortnightly basis. No invoice is required to be sent out as the Bookeasy system will generate one.
Brochures will not be displayed after the 1st December, 2011 unless the agreement, brochures and payment have been received in full.
