For liability reasons we are unable to provide recommendations as to suitability or safety of services. It is up to customers to make their own enquiries about the services they wish to utilise. It is an express condition of sale that East Coast Visitor Information Network shall not be liable for any inadvertent errors in bookings.

East Coast Visitor Information Network will not be liable for and disclaims all responsibility for any loss caused by the subsequent alteration of prices or changes in details of the nature of services shown; all are subject to variation without notice. East Coast Visitor Information Network has no direct or exclusive control over providers of travel, accommodation or other services.

East Coast Visitor Information Network  shall not be responsible for any loss or injury of whatever description howsoever arising (whether through negligence or otherwise) which you may suffer or sustain in the course of, or consequent upon, utilization of services arranged through East Coast Visitor Information Network.

East Coast Visitor Information Network fully respects and applies the principles of privacy and confidentiality under the guidelines of the Privacy Act 1988.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The East Coast Visitor Network's Cancellation Policy is anywhere from 15% to 100% of the full itinerary amount when you are unable to partake of the above services, in addition to the Cancellation Fee of the Service Provider/Operator. We reserve the right to offer alternative accommodation/tour of a similar standard in the case of the accommodation/tour operator over-booking their property or tour for any reason beyond our control. Please view the Operators Cancellation and Indemnity Policy before paying for your booking.

PAYMENT TERMS

Bookings require full payment at time of booking.

Check In Details
For all accommodation bookings you are required to check in by 6pm, or make other arrangements directly with the service provider. Please call your accommodation prior to arrival to arrange check in/out, key arrangements and any special requests in relation to your booking.

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

Individual products and packages may have additional conditions to those stated above. Please read the description of each product/package offer carefully to ensure you are aware of all conditions. If in doubt, ask the service staff at East Coast Visitor Information Network.

All Bookings and Referrals made, and all receipts issued by the East Coast Visitor Information Network are made and issued expressly subject to the terms and conditions, including the disclaimer, appearing on the Network's website at www.tasmaniaseastcoast.com. This itinerary is issued by this "Tasmanian Visitor Information Network" In its Capacity as an agent only, without responsibility for supplier services.

PRIVACY POLICY
 

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of any personally identifiable information (PII) you provide us. PII includes information that can be linked to a specific individual, such as name, address, phone number, or email address.

This privacy policy explains how East Coast Visitor Information Network handles and protects your PII in accordance with commonly accepted privacy principles.

East Coast Visitor Information Network reserves the right to modify or amend this policy at any time and for any reason. Any material changes to this privacy policy will be posted prior to their implementation. WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT

In an effort to keep our service as simple and easy as possible we do not create, use or store profiles of our customers. We only record PII and other information that we reasonably require to do business with you. East Coast Visitor Information Network collects PII when you:

• Make a booking: 
Your full name, address, email address and phone number are taken each time you make a booking with East Coast Visitor Information Network.

East Coast Visitor Information Network collects PII such as your full name, address, email address and/or telephone number whenever you submit a query or suggestion, or request assistance with a booking.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

East Coast Visitor Information Network uses your PII only for the purpose of responding to and fulfilling your requests for our products and services. Information collected on jo-anne@freycinet.tas.gov.au may be used to:

• Purchase East Coast Visitor Information Network products or services: 
Information collected when you purchase from East Coast Visitor Information Network is used to charge your credit card and deliver your booking confirmation electronically. We may also contact you about your stay for customer service purposes or to make any changes or cancellations to your booking.

• Respond to your questions or suggestions: 
We will use your address, email address and/or telephone number to contact you when you submit a question or suggestion.

WHO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH

East Coast Visitor Information Network does not disclose any information about customer bookings to anyone except in the following circumstances:

• Accommodation suppliers: 
East Coast Visitor Information Network provides the guest name, telephone number, address and email address for each booking made to the relevant accommodation supplier. Our accommodation suppliers require this information for the booking and if they need to contact you about the booking. Although East Coast Visitor Information Network offers accommodation from reputable accommodation suppliers, we have not placed specific limitations on these suppliers from using or disclosing your information without your permission. Therefore, we encourage you to review the privacy policies of any suppliers whose accommodation you purchase on East Coast Visitor Information Network.

• Legal obligations: 
East Coast Visitor Information Network may be required by law to disclose information provided by you to East Coast Visitor Information Network for the purposes of obtaining products or services from East Coast Visitor Information Network. East Coast Visitor Information Network may also disclose information against someone who poses a threat to East Coast Visitor Information Network's interests (such as customer fraud) or whose activities could cause harm to others.
